Welcome to Northside Lofts

The Northside Lofts development merges historic preservation, adaptive-reuse, and new construction within a historic, former school in Aledo. Construction will be in full swing starting the week of July 20, 2026 with a goal completion late 2027.

The historic gymnasium will be transformed into a multi-user center filled with innovative amenities to foster a sense of community among residents. Amenities offered will include:

  • Game Lounge for traditional board games
  • Free Financial Literacy and Goal Setting by a HUD approved housing counselor
