Looking Back 

The former Aledo Junior High building, last filled with students and teachers in 2002, still echoes with memories for countless Aledo residents. Before construction begins, we’re taking a moment to look back. These photos capture the former Aledo Junior High just as it stands today- a place filled with memories, stories, and echoes of the past. In 2026 when construction is underway, its historic corridors will be preserved, and many of its original features will find new life in the final design and common areas- honoring the past while creating space for new memories to be made. Residents will be welcomed in 2027.
